Our deployable Hinged Rib is a stowage efficient, high performance, dual band antenna. It can operate from Ku-band to Ka-band frequencies, providing high gain while fitting within a 3U stowed volume. The Hinged Rib antenna is available with a metal mesh reflector surface (for Ka Band) or a composite membrane (for higher frequency Q/V band) to suit applications such as data relay, intersatellite links, satellite communications and 5G integration.
